How-To Festival At The Library

Do you love to learn new things but never seem to have enough time? Drop in and learn something new in 10 minutes or less at this year's How -To Festival. All Ages.

Join us for an afternoon of interactive community learning with something for everyone and for all ages! Prepare to be introduced to a variety of outdoor skills and wellness-themed activities in 10 minutes or less at different stations throughout the Main Library. You can learn how to:

-Go zero waste

-Care for seedlings

-Practice mindfulness anywhere

-Make reusable beeswax wrappers

-Set up a camp site

-Use a green screen

-Increase the value of your house with outdoor spaces

-Raise backyard chickens

-Thrive and survive outdoors

-Forage for wild food

-Tell a joke

And be sure to join us for two special presentations:

How-To Grill with the Family with Emily Richards from 2 to 3 p.m. outside the Main Library

How-To Care for Birds with Wild Ontario from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Program Room

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with members of our community! Celebrate our community’s know-how from local organizations and businesses in partnership with your Guelph Public Library and learn something new!
