Storm Players And Fans Come Together To Fight Cancer

Painting The Rink PINK For A Cause

The Guelph Storm are proud to present this year’s annual Pink the Rink night, presented by Skyjack in support of the Canadian Cancer Society. The Storm will host the Barrie Colts on Friday, November 24th at 7:30 PM at the Sleeman Centre for an evening of exciting hockey action that will be fun for the whole family and also support a great cause.Pink the Rink will feature a pre-game ceremony and in-arena fundraisers with all funds raised going to the Canadian Cancer Society. There will be opportunities to donate through a 50/50 draw, games such as Chuck-a-Puck, Joker Poker, and Pass the Bucket. There will also be a limited number of pink t-shirts for sale, will all proceeds going to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Fans are encouraged to wear pink clothing in support of cancer research and awareness. On November 24, be sure to come on out and cheer on the Storm, and support this year’s Pink the Rink initiative!

The Storm are also proud to welcome Canadian Cancer Society sponsors for the evening – ONYX Hose & Tube Inc., and Skyline and would like to thank them for their support of this wonderful cause.
